You have to accept the wellness check in the app in order to bring up the bar code to scan in. Otherwise they have to go through all the questions with you about COVID. Quicker and easier for everyone to just use the app. I used a free app called “Pass4wallet”. With it I scanned my planet fitness QR code and made a pass to store in my apple wallet just like a credit card. Now I just double click on the side button as if I am making a payment and just select the new planet fitness wallet card. The QR pops up. Call your home gym, tell them you lost your key card. They will change your barcode # to your cell #, once you have this changed you can go online and change your home gym. Also, just use the app!
